Ruben David Gomez

Ruben David Gomez has extensive work experience as a software developer. Ruben David began their career in 2002 at Moron District Municipality, where they worked as a software developer until 2007. Ruben David then joined Dmfusion as a Software Developer for a year before moving on to VixiWeb in 2009. At VixiWeb, they worked as a Senior Software Developer and was responsible for developing an inventory management and billing system for the Mariano Moreno National Library, as well as adapting the library's webpage to comply with government information accessibility standards.

In 2013, Ruben joined Biblioteca Nacional Mariano Moreno as a Senior Software Developer. During their time there, they worked on various projects including the development of touch games and interactive presentations for the Book Museum, a new version of the National Library webpage, and the creation of a digital library and media files repository called Trapalanda.

In 2020, Ruben joined Universidad Nacional General San Martin as a Senior Software Developer. Here, they worked on integrating different faculties and areas of the university into a content management platform using WordPress's multi-site capabilities. Ruben David also developed a configurable universal template and a custom plugin for creating different content types with specific categories and a custom search using elasticsearch.

Most recently, Ruben David Gomez joined Habi in 2021 as a Senior Python Developer.

Ruben David Gomez completed their education at the University of Buenos Aires from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Systems Engineering. Ruben David has also obtained several additional certifications over the years. In 2023, they completed the "Deep Learning Specialization" course from Coursera, the "Curso de Fundamentos de Product Owner," the "Curso de Historias de Usuario en Scrum," and the "Curso de Inteligencia Artificial: ChatGPT, DALL-E y Hugging Face" courses, all from Platzi. In 2021, they obtained certifications in various subjects such as Electronics Foundations, Software Design, Google Tag Manager, data analysis, big data, SEO, storytelling, content marketing, email marketing, and online marketing.
