Khushboo Zehra

Khushboo Zehra is a Priority Banking Officer at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Khushboo is responsible for providing support for direct customer service needs by answering inquiries and maintaining documentation. Khushboo also coordinates with Branch Management and Priority Banking Team Leaders to ensure consistency in service delivery, goal achievements and promotional programs.

In their previous company, they processed and executed transactions of Elite and Privilege customers such as account opening/modification, closure, etc. Khushboo also filed and maintained customers' legal files. Khushboo followed up with non-active and low balance Privilege and Elite customer accounts to generate and/or maximize profit from these accounts.

Khushboo has also managed promotional campaigns and maintained proper display of advertising/merchandising materials and availability of customer forms and brochures in the Priority Banking lounges. Khushboo has assisted in the preparation of the Branch's marketing plan in coordination with the Branch Manager and Priority Banking Team Leader.

Currently, they are working as an AO Trade Finance (Temp) at Habib Canadian Bank.

Khushboo Zehra has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Hamdard University. Khushboo also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the same school.
