Mikayla Woodley

Mikayla Woodley's work experience includes serving as a Homeowner Services Manager at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville, where they support the local policy and advancement goals of the Cost of Home Campaign. Mikayla has also worked as an Advocacy Intern at the same organization, collaborating on a local policy agenda and conducting research on affordable housing resources. Additionally, Mikayla has been a Global Research Assistant at SriLab, providing support on grant-writing, budget planning, and project management for undergraduate research projects abroad. Mikayla also worked as a Student Researcher, conducting independent research on alternative educational excursions in Cape Town, South Africa. Mikayla has experience as a Circulation Desk Worker at the Arthur J. Morris Law Library and as a Resource Development Intern at the International Rescue Committee, where they provided support with volunteer coordination.

Mikayla Woodley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Development Studies at the University of Virginia from 2015 to 2019. Mikayla then pursued a Master of Public Policy degree with a focus on Leadership and Public Policy at the same university from 2018 to 2020.
