Dana Griffin

Dana Griffin is a Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver. They oversee the organization’s culture and people strategy, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of a purpose-driven, high-performing, and diverse staff in an equitable and inclusive culture. Dana has a background in human resources, risk management, and retail operations, with experience in executive director roles at Primrose Schools and Knowledge Universe. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
