Duane Hershberger has extensive experience in outreach, resource development, and executive leadership within nonprofit organizations, particularly focusing on Habitat for Humanity. Currently serving as the Outreach and Resource Development specialist for Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery and Delaware Counties since November 2023, Duane also holds the position of Executive Director at Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity since June 2021. Duane's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through ownership of Deer Hill Executive Coaching, established in 2014. Past roles include serving as Pastor at Upper Milford Mennonite Church, Chief Operating Officer at Habitat for Humanity Montgomery & Delaware Counties PA, Interim Pastor at Bally Mennonite Church, and Deputy Director at Coastal Habitat for Humanity. Duane's career with Habitat for Humanity began in 1994, with positions leading to organizational development and operations management. Duane holds a Master's degree in Social Service Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
