Shannon Dowd

Shannon Dowd serves as the Director of Learning, Leadership, and Global Talent Management at Habitat for Humanity International, a position held since February 2023, focusing on strategic solutions to maximize talent potential. Prior to this role, Shannon held various leadership positions at PATH from 2007 to 2023, culminating as the Global HR Director for Learning and Analytics, overseeing HR's Center of Expertise in learning and analytics. Earlier career experiences include roles at ICOS and Pacific Studio, with responsibilities in human resources and organizational development. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Washington University and attended Franklin University Switzerland.
