Jennie Funk

Jennie Funk currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Habitat Health, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Jennie held the role of Division Chief Strategy Officer at Providence from January 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included shaping strategic priorities for Providence Swedish's North Division, covering integrated delivery networks in western Washington and Alaska. Prior to that, Jennie was the Chief Executive of Providence 65+ Health Centers and served as Division Vice President at DaVita Kidney Care from January 2015 to December 2022, managing a $300M business line that included approximately 65 dialysis clinics. Earlier experience includes the role of Regional Operations Director overseeing a $75M business line and around 12 standalone dialysis clinics. Jennie holds an M.B.A. in Health Care Management from The Wharton School and a BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University.
