Kyle Mendez

Kyle Mendez, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Population Health at Habitat Health since February 2024. Previously, Mendez held the position of Vice President of Clinical Documentation Operations at Evergreen Nephrology, overseeing clinical documentation and quality improvement strategies. A senior leader with extensive experience, Mendez directed Quality and Risk Adjustment departments at Honest Medical Group and Evergreen Nephrology, built revenue management operations at Landmark Health, and managed operations and quality at Golden State Medicare Health Plan. Early career roles include a project manager position at Kaiser Permanente, focusing on clinical strategic goals and laboratory functions. Mendez holds an MBA with a Health Care Concentration from the University of California, Irvine, and a bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from California State University-Sacramento.
