Matthew "Matt" Martin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at American Realty Advisors since October 2022, Matt has previously held significant roles at The Habitat Company as an Asset Manager, and at Planned Property Management as an Investment Associate. Matt's career also includes key positions at Colony NorthStar, Inc., AEW Capital Management, Morlin Asset Management, LP, and NAI Capital. Matt holds a degree in Commerce with a focus on Finance from Santa Clara University and a Real Estate Certificate from UCLA Extensions. Additionally, Matt possesses a California Real Estate License.
