Trey Pugh

Trey Pugh is an experienced investments associate currently at Habitat since August 2022, where responsibilities include leading acquisition and development underwriting for over 100 multifamily deals and strategizing with the internal operating team on capital plans and performance metrics for significant assets. Previously, Trey interned at Core Spaces, assisting with the underwriting of development sites for a substantial build-to-rent pipeline, and at Hoopis Group and Azimuth, where contributions included client portfolio planning and staffing startup development, respectively. Trey holds a Master of Science in Management Science and Project Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change, all from Northwestern University.
