Morgane ALLES has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. In 2011, they were an Intern for a historical reconstitution at Culturespaces and an Organiser of a photo event at Maison pour tous Rosa Lee Parks. Morgane was also an Intern as a receptionist and concierge at Palm Hôtel&Spa. In 2012, they worked as a Waitress at Deli Boutique London. In 2013, they were an Intern assistant as a project manager at GL events. In 2014, they were an Intern in Sales & Marketing at Hôtel Le Manoir de Gressy ****. In 2015, they were an Intern Meetings & Events at Crowne Plaza Brussels - Le Palace. In 2016, they worked as an Au pair at Pebbles. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Mercure Paris 19 Philharmonie la Villette as Head of business and cultural markets and as a Commerciale. Currently, they are an Account Manager Key Account and an Administratrice des ventes at Habiteo 🚀.

Morgane ALLES completed their Bachelor of Tourisme d'Affaires, Événementiel et DEESTH at Grand Sud Formation Toulouse in 2013. Morgane then attended Lycée Saint-Vincent de Paul and earned a BTS Animation et Gestion Touristiques Locales in 2012. In 2015, they completed their Master in Tourisme & Hôtellerie Internationale at Université Côte d'Azur.
