Antra Ektermane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Mortgage Expert at Habito since August 2018, Antra excels in operational and people management, mortgage advice, compliance, and client retention. Prior to this role, Antra worked as a Mortgage Broker at Just Mortgages, where skills in operational management and business development were honed. Antra's managerial journey began at Sky as a Venue Manager, focusing on business development and customer service, followed by a role as Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where account management and service quality initiatives were implemented.
