Napala Pratini

Napala Pratini is the Co-Founder and COO of Habitual. Prior to Habitual, they were the Interim General Manager at Counterweight from February to June 2019, a Strategy Consultant at Harrods from August 2018 to December 2018, and a Strategy Consultant at Positive Luxury from May 2018 to June 2018. Napala also worked as a Marketing Manager at Earnest Inc. from August 2015 to May 2016 and as a Marketing and Partnerships Manager at NerdWallet from August 2013 to August 2015. In addition, Napala was a Fulbright Scholar from September 2012 to June 2013 and has worked as a Managing Editor at the Journal of Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine from September 2011 to April 2014. Finally, they have also worked as a Researcher at Children’s Hospital and Research Center Oakland from June 2011 to August 2012.

Napala Pratini has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Saint Mary's College of California.

Napala Pratini reports to Ian Braithwaite, Co-Founder & CEO. Napala Pratini works with Hanne Ockert-Axelsson - Product Lead, Anton Wade - Lead Designer, and Victoire de Germiny - Chief of Staff.
