Sara Trentz is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on people and culture leadership. Currently serving as VP People at Habyt and previously in roles such as VP People & Culture at ArtNight and Team Lead People Experience at Blacklane, Sara has a strong background in developing talent and enhancing employee experiences. Additional experience includes positions as Interim Head of HR and HR Business Partner at Flightright. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Training & Development from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and completion of the Design Thinking Basic Track at Hasso Plattner Institute.
