C.j. Schrotenboer

C.J. Schrotenboer's work experience begins in 1995 as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter at National Semiconductor. They then worked as an Employee Relations Manager at Svedala Drilling from 1997 to 2001. From 2001 to 2006, Schrotenboer held the role of Senior Manager of Human Resources and LEAN Champion at Acuity. They also served as the Manager of Human Resources and LEAN Enterprise Deployment Manager at Acuity Brands Lighting from 2001 to 2006. From 2007 to 2010, Schrotenboer worked as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Aviat Networks, responsible for HR activities in Operations and Quality. They later became the President of Lean HR Solutions from 2010 to 2012. Currently, Schrotenboer is the Global Human Resources Director at Hach Company - Danaher since 2012. In this role, they provide HR support and lead global initiatives in talent development and organization design.

C.J. Schrotenboer graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Personnel and Human Resource Management, from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1995.
