Markus Haasis

Markus Haasis has a diverse work experience in the human resources field, starting with their current role as Senior Director HR EMEA at Hach since 2024. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President HR Europe, Africa & Americas at Beckers Group from 2020 to 2024, where they focused on talent management, learning, change management, and organization design. Before that, they served as HR Director Central Europe at O-I from 2016 to 2020. From 2013 to 2016, they held the position of Senior HR Manager at Honeywell Process Solutions. Markus also worked at Boston Scientific as Senior HR Manager from 2011 to 2013 and as HR Manager from 2008 to 2010. Markus previously worked as an HR Generalist at Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH from 2005 to 2008 and started their career as an HR Trainee at Metro Cash and Carry from 2004 to 2005.

Markus Haasis attended the University of Mannheim from 1996 to 2002, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Business & Economics.
