Dylan Hoke has extensive work experience in the publishing industry. Dylan began their career as a Production Associate at Henry Holt and Company, where they coordinated production purchasing and oversaw front list production for various imprints. Dylan then moved on to Golden Books Family Entertainment as a Senior Production Coordinator, where they supervised the production of books across multiple formats and managed the pre-production and manufacturing supply chain. At Hachette Book Group, Dylan held several roles, including Production Manager and Senior Production Director, where they managed production and manufacturing for various titles and implemented standardized processes. Dylan eventually became the Vice President of Production, Inventory, and Digital Operations, overseeing all publishers and imprints at the company. Currently, Dylan serves as the SVP of Publishing Operations, leading various teams and strategic initiatives for one of the largest trade book publishers in the US.
Dylan Hoke obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a specialization in Print Journalism from Duquesne University between the years 1991 and 1995. Later, they pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Baruch College with a focus in Finance, General from 2009 to 2012.
