Johanna Bailly

Johanna Bailly currently serves as Juriste Propriété Intellectuelle at Hachette Education since October 2023. Prior to this role, Johanna worked at the Direction des Affaires juridiques - Bercy from October 2017 to September 2023 as Juriste Propriété Intellectuelle, focusing on trademarks and domain names within the APIE mission. Experience also includes a legal internship at the Madrid-based Cabinet d'avocats Pinto Ruiz y Del Valle, handling anti-counterfeiting and intellectual property cases. Additionally, Johanna gained valuable experience at Cabinet Bouchara & Avocats, Cabinet d'avocats Leclere & Louvier, and Editions Glenat, where roles involved managing trademark portfolios and exploring copyright law.
