Carolyn Henly has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Book Author at Hodder Education since September 2011. In addition, Carolyn has been involved with the International Baccalaureate since March 2005, taking on roles such as Curriculum Developer, Online Workshop Developer, Online Workshop Facilitator, Workshop Leader for English A1 and Theory of Knowledge, and Theory of Knowledge Examiner. Previously, Carolyn taught IB English and Theory of Knowledge at Henrico High School from August 2011 to August 2018 and was an IB Coordinator and English Teacher at Meadowbrook High School in Richmond, VA, for 16 years. Carolyn also contributed as a Committee Member on the Theory of Knowledge Curriculum Review Committee from 2009 to 2012. Carolyn holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
