Cate Shanahan MD is a prominent physician and nutrition educator with extensive experience in both clinical practice and authorship. Currently serving as an author for Hachette UK and Flatiron Books, Cate has published influential works including "Dark Calories: How Vegetable Oils Destroy Our Health and How We Get It Back" and "Deep Nutrition: Why Your Genes Need Traditional Food."
