Katie Richardson

Katie Richardson is currently working as a Client Publisher Team Leader at Hachette UK since June 2022. Prior to this role, Katie has also held the position of Customer Service Team Leader at the same company from October 2015 to April 2021. Before joining Hachette UK, Katie worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Oxford Biosystems Ltd from May 2021 to June 2022. Katie obtained a NVQ in Customer Service from Bookpoint Ltd in October 2017 after completing their GCSE at Didcot Girls'​ School in July 2015.
