Fulya Cilenti Coban

Fulya Cilenti Coban is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in technology and international HR processes. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sabanci Holding since April 2023, Fulya has previously held the role of Executive HR Business Partner at Trendyol Group, where responsibilities included the internationalization of HR processes, technology outsourcing management, and performance management for a large team. Earlier experience includes positions at Roketsan as Senior HR Business Partner, managing recruitment for tech professionals in rocket science, and roles at Elsitel and Straumann Group.
