Mihir Surlaker has a diverse work experience in various fields. Mihir has been a Manufacturing and Drive Team member for Team #3501 Firebots at Fremont High Robotics. In this role, they gained practical experience in mechanical engineering tools and machinery, led production of a testing piece for the robot, and actively contributed to the manufacturing process.

Mihir has also been a Mechanical Team Member for FTC #16533 at Fremont High Robotics. Additionally, Mihir has served as the VP of Competitions for the Fremont Highschool Chapter of Hack Club and has been a Member of Hack Club.
