Ratika Dayaldasani

Ratika serves as the Director of Human Resources and Operations. She has over 20 years of experience providing Human Resources services, primarily for nonprofit organizations. She has a Bachelor’s Degree and Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis. As a certified Empathic Communication Trainer, Ratika conducts weekly virtual training sessions for audiences from around the world. Being a first-generation immigrant, Ratika resonates deeply with Hack the Hood's mission of creating safe spaces where people of color feel a deep sense of belonging.
