Engineering Chair at Hack4Impact

Julia Papp is an accomplished software developer and engineering chair at Hack4Impact, where efforts focus on building products for non-profits globally. Julia has also redesigned the Earth Law Center's website, enhancing user experience through prototyping and feature implementation. As a teaching assistant at Cornell Ann S. Bowers College of Computing and Information Science, Julia supports students in CS2850 and CS4820 by providing individualized guidance and feedback. Current roles include a software engineering internship at Microsoft and a research assistant position at Cornell University’s Communication and Collaborative Technologies Lab, applying design thinking to improve communication dynamics. Julia is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science at Cornell University, following participation in the inaugural Nexus Scholars Program.
