Miranda

Miranda Ma is currently a UX Design Intern at AbbVie, focusing on the Unity React library and design system since May 2023. In addition, Miranda serves as a UX Design Instructor at Design Innovation Illinois and holds the position of Director of Social Media at Hack4Impact, where all social media content is designed. Previous product design projects include a donor dashboard called Kind Space for Foster Nation, an inclusive online library for iSTEM, and an interactive database for SECS. As a Product Management Fellow at Product Space UIUC, responsibilities include associate work for a stealth startup and participation in the marketing committee. Miranda's past experience as a UX/UI Design Intern at Cargill involved developing an online marketplace to combat food waste, alongside roles at HackIllinois as a designer and at Illinois Design Consulting as a UX design consultant. Miranda's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences (HCI/UX) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, anticipated to graduate in 2025.
