Sara Sepasian

Sara Sepasian is an experienced software engineer and project manager currently working at Facebook and the Crowdsource COVID Response Project. At Facebook, Sara has been contributing since May 2018, while simultaneously managing efforts to source PPE for first responders since March 2020. As an instructor at Hackbright Academy since 2016, Sara teaches various programming topics and provides one-on-one student support. Additionally, involvement with Room to Read as a board member and leadership roles at TechGirlz, a program aimed at empowering young girls in technology, highlight Sara's commitment to education and gender equality. Sara has also worked as a consultant with Berkeley Consulting, participated in the HBS Peek Weekend, and completed an internship at Tesla. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering from Santa Clara University, studies at Stanford University, and a Bachelor of Science from San Jose State University.
