Daryna Bakanova

Daryna Bakanova has a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and cybersecurity. Daryna is currently working as a Lead QA Engineer at Hacken Web3, a cybersecurity auditor focused on making Web3 more ethical. In this role, they are responsible for protecting Web3 projects and their communities through various cybersecurity services. Prior to this, Daryna served as the CEO of Craftit.online, a platform that provides parents with resources and tools for developing their child's fine motor skills and creativity. Before that, they were a Lead QA Engineer at Commit Works, where they helped the resources industry collaborate more effectively and safely through software solutions. Daryna also has experience at Agilites as a Senior QA Engineer and QA Lead, at Stella Systems as a QA Engineer, and at Digital Cloud Technologies as a QA.

Daryna Bakanova attended V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University from 2006 to 2012, where they pursued a Specialist degree in theoretical and applied information science under the Department of Mathematics and Mechanics. In addition to their primary education, Daryna has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Daryna earned a certification in Project Management Foundations: Quality from LinkedIn in February 2019, became an ISTQB Certified Tester at the Foundation level from iSQI GmbH in May 2017, and is scheduled to obtain a Snagit Certification from TechSmith in May 2023.
