Dhara Patel

Dhara Patel, MPA BSN RN, is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on nursing and health administration. Currently serving as a Utilization Review Nurse at Hackensack Meridian Health since June 2020, Dhara previously worked as a Registered Nurse at RWJBarnabas Health and Saint Peter’s Healthcare System. Dhara's nursing career began at SEWA Adult Medical Center, following a period as a volunteer at Jersey City Medical Center. Dhara holds a Master's Degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Rutgers State University and a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from Long Island University. Additionally, Dhara obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Charotar Institute of Nursing. Academic projects included research on electronic health records and HIV/AIDS interventions in India.
