Doug Fabrizio

Doug Fabrizio is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in fitness coaching, occupational therapy, and digital application management. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Coach at F45 Training since September 2024, Fabrizio utilizes expertise from roles as both a personal trainer and occupational therapist to educate and motivate clients in group fitness settings. Concurrently, Fabrizio works as a Home Care Occupational Therapist at ENHANCE THERAPY SERVICES, INC., focusing on older adults. Additional experience includes a Digital Application Specialist position at Hackensack Meridian Health, overseeing website development and management, and a Care Specialist role at Penumbra, Inc., where Fabrizio contributed to the creation of a virtual reality rehabilitation product.
