Michael Kelly

Michael Kelly, MAOM, MHRM, MSTM, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across healthcare and retail organizations. Currently, Michael serves as Human Resources Manager for Field Operations, encompassing Physician Services, Population Health, and Quality at Hackensack Meridian Health, while additionally managing Long Term Care and Joint Ventures. Michael also contributes as an online adjunct professor at University of Arizona Global Campus, teaching multiple courses in Human Resource Management, and as a course facilitator for eCornell, specializing in engaging and effective HR practices. Prior experience includes senior human resources roles at Pine Environmental Services LLC, Macy's, Whole Foods Market, Target, and Blockbuster. Michael holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Technology Management and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus, as well as prior degrees in Organizational Management and Political Science.
