Patrick Young

Patrick Young is the current President of Population Health Solutions at Hackensack Meridian Health. Prior to this, they served as a board member for True Health and as the Chairman and CEO of Noble Health Alliance. Patrick has also held the position of President of PA, DE and WV for Aetna.

Patrick has spent their career working in the healthcare industry in various roles. Patrick has extensive experience in population health and clinical integration, which they have used to improve the care coordination and outcomes for patients.

Patrick Young received their BA in Public Management from the University of Maine.
