Ravinder Gudur is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and application engineering. As the Director of the DTS ERP Program at Hackensack Meridian Health since July 2025, Ravinder leads the implementation of the Workday platform to support digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Ravinder served as an ERP Practice Consultant and Advisor at Accurate Technologies, focusing on Workday HR and Finance implementations. Ravinder also held the position of Director of Application Engineering at Audible, overseeing HR and financial systems, and has a strong background in PeopleSoft and Workday solutions from prior roles at Bloomberg LP and Towers Perrin. Ravinder holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya.
