Ellis Norman is the current Vice President of Enterprise Sales & Partnerships at HackerEarth. Prior to this, Norman held the position of Strategic Advisor at Sapling from May to July of 2020. From January 2019 to March 2020, Norman served as Head of Sales at Adia.

Norman has extensive experience in sales and has been instrumental in growing revenue for both Sapling and Adia. At Adia, Norman was responsible for increasing revenue by 100% year-over-year to $20M. Norman has also successfully secured increased funding from ownership groups, totaling over 20M.

Norman is a strategic thinker and excellent communicator. Ellis has a proven track record of success in sales and is known for their ability to build and lead high-performing teams. Norman is passionate about helping companies grow and reach their full potential.

Ellis Norman attended Hampden-Sydney College, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and another Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General.

They work with Alfred Alexander - VP, Marketing, Ankith Appaiah - VP, Sales, and Tarun Kumar Mallappa - VP, Finance. Ellis Norman reports to Sachin Gupta, Co-Founder & CEO.
