Antonio Hyder

Antonio Hyder has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Antonio began their career as a Scientific Expert at the European Commission, where they applied their knowledge of startups, investors, research, and policy. In 2012, they became a Professor of Marketing at Toulouse Business School, where they lectured on topics such as Big Data, Online Consumer Behaviour Modelling, Innovation, Technology Marketing, and New Product Marketing. In 2014, they became a Scientific Expert at the Social Trends Institute. In 2015, they became a Director of Applied Scientific Research at Hackers & Founders and a Visiting Professor of Technology Marketing at Vilnius University. In 2016, they became an Event Organizer at Startup Europe Week, an Associate Professor of Digital Marketing at The Open University, and a Visiting Researcher of Technology Marketing at ESAN Graduate School of Business. In 2019, they became an Honorary Professor of Technology Marketing at the World University of Bangladesh. In 2021, they became the Chair Innovations and Entrepreneurial Marketing Science at the Academy of Marketing Science.

Antonio Hyder has an extensive educational background. In 2020, they completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence/Inteligencia Artificial from Stanford University. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Post-Doctoral researcher at Stanford University, studying Digital/Internet Marketing. From 2004 to 2010, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Valencia, specializing in Marketing Science. In 2010, they were an International Doctoral PhD Researcher at the University of Nottingham, studying eTourism & eTravel/Consumer-Technology Metrics. Antonio also holds a Diploma in Advanced Scientific Studies (DEA) from the University of Valencia (2007), a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice from the Universitat d'Alacant (2006), an MBA EU - Masters of Business Administration - Management in the EU European Union from Middlesex University (London, UK), an EURIng - European Industrial Engineer from the European Federation of Engineers, FEANI. Brussels, a 3B, CEFP, DELF Diplôme d'études en langue française from Alliance Française de Paris, a Computer Science degree from Universitat d'Alacant, and a BEng, Industrial Electronics Engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
