Elsa Maria Maldonado Barragan

Elsa Maria Maldonado Barragan has held various roles in the tech industry since 2013. Elsa Maria began their career as a Business Consultant at Cisgo Consultoría in 2013. Elsa Maria was then a Consultant Trainee at Aceleradora de Empresas ITESM from 2013 to 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Professor and Coordinador de Zona Ei at TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY. During 2021, they held the role of Innovation affairs at the Consulate General of Mexico in Boston and was Project Manager/Co-founder at Tech México Advocates. In 2022, they became Program Coordinator at Innovation Studio. Her current role is Director of LATAM Community at Hackers/Founders, a position they have held since 2016.

Elsa Maria Maldonado Barragan completed a Licenciatura in Empresa, gestión, marketing y disciplinas afines from the Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2007 to 2011. Elsa Maria then went on to complete a Maestría in Administración de la Productividad y Calidad from the Universidad Tecmilenio from 2018 to 2020.
