Wee Liat

Wee Liat currently serves as the Head of Tech at HackerTrail. Wee Liat's journey in the tech industry started back in 2004 as a student intern at Cisco. After Cisco, Wee Liat had a short stint as a network engineer at NCS Group. In 2009, Wee Liat returned to the academic world as a summer intern at the National University of Singapore. Wee Liat's time as a research engineer at the National University of Singapore lasted from 2010 to 2014. In their current role at HackerTrail, Wee Liat is responsible for leading a team of developers in building software solutions.

Wee Liat has a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Internetworking & Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Wee Liat is also certified by PADI as an Advanced Open Water Diver and Open Water Diver, and by The Linux Foundation as a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD).

Some individuals on their team include Sherman Lim - UX Designer, Mihir Khandekar - Developer, Machine Learning, and Siti Maizurah - Software Developer. Their manager is Tushar Tejuja, Managing Director. They work with Ena Lim - Head of Product, Deepa Aravindan - Head of Operations, and Hariz Chan - Business Development Lead.
