Anne Hastie is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in community development, rural economy, and governance. Currently serving as Vice Chair of Tyne & Esk Community Led Local Development since June 2022, Anne has actively contributed to the continuation of community-led funding initiatives in rural Scotland. As Committee Chair of the East Lothian Rural Economy Group since July 2020, Anne has played a crucial role in post-Covid recovery efforts. In addition to these roles, Anne holds multiple trustee and board positions, including Non Executive Board Member and Chair at Haddington Citizens Advice Bureau, Chair of Disability Information Scotland, and Non Executive Director of the East Lothian Advice Consortium. Anne's commitment to mentorship is evident through work with various charities, focusing on governance and policy development.
