Kara Bolda

Kara Bolda has a wealth of experience in supply chain and planning. Kara began their career in 2011 as an R&D Procurement Intern at GlaxoSmithKline. In 2012, they joined Rolls-Royce as a Buyer, and then progressed through roles such as Graduate Leadership Development Program: Operations Management, Material Resource Planner - Buy, and Manufacturing Engineer. In 2016, they joined SpaceX as a Sr. Manager, Raptor Turbopump and Final Assembly Production, and then progressed through roles such as Manager, Raptor Turbopump Production, Manager, Production Control, and Lead Material Planner. Kara is currently Head of Supply Chain & Planning at Hadrian, a position they have held since 2022.

Kara Bolda graduated from Michigan State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Engineering Science. In 2013, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Rolls-Royce.
