Cilla Gylfe has a diverse work experience in the field of executive search, interim consultancy, and pharmaceutical sales. Cilla is currently working as the Partner/Head of Interim Nordics & CEO Denmark at Haeger & Carlsson | Executive Search and Interim since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Partner/Senior Recruitment Consultant at the same company from January 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Haeger & Carlsson, Cilla worked as a Business Unit Manager at Medhouse from January 2017 to January 2021. Cilla was responsible for managing the business unit.

From October 2014 to December 2016, they worked as a Marketing Project Manager at Lundbeck, where they handled marketing projects.

Cilla also served as a Nordic Sales Manager at Gedeon Richter - PregLem S.A. for a brief period from March 2014 to September 2014.

Cilla'searlier experience includes working at H. Lundbeck AB as a National Sales Manager Team Addictive Disorders from January 2013 to February 2014, and as a National Sales Manager Team Neurology from December 2007 to December 2012.

Cilla started their career at Antula Healthcare AB as a Nordic Product Manager in 2007, where they worked on OTC products in the Nordic market.

Cilla also worked at H. Lundbeck AB as a Produktspecialist/Säljledare from March 2003 to January 2007.

Cilla's early experience includes working at Pfizer as a Produktspecialist from 2000 to 2003, and at Parke-Davis AB as a Produktspecialist from November 1998 to June 2000.

Cilla Gylfe began their education in 1993 at Örebro University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. This program lasted from 1993 to 1996. Following their undergraduate studies, Cilla attended Effect Management in 2001, where they focused on Projektledning (Project Management). In 2004, they enrolled at IHM Business School, studying Diplomerad Marknadsekonom (Diploma in Marketing Economics) until 2006. During this time, Cilla also attended Achieve Global in 2005 to learn Professional Selling Skills. In 2006, they pursued PSS Coaching at Achieve Global. Cilla then continued their education at Mercuri Internaltional from 2008 to 2009, concentrating on Sales Leadership. In 2010, they attended Läkemedelsakademin to specialize in IMA (informations- och marknadsansvariga) within the pharmaceutical industry. The same year, they also undertook PSN (Professional Sales Negotiation) at Achieve Global. Lastly, in 2011, Cilla briefly attended UGL FIRO to further enhance their skills in Utveckling av Grupp och Ledare (Group and Leadership Development).
