Charles J. Dockendorff

Mr. Dockendorff joined our Board in 2014 and is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Governance and Compliance Committee. Mr. Dockendorff served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Covidien plc, a global healthcare company, and its predecessor Tyco Healthcare, from 1995 until his retirement in 2015. Mr. Dockendorff joined the Kendall Healthcare Products Company, the foundation of the Tyco Healthcare business, in 1989 as Controller and was named Vice President and Controller five years later.
