LEE PHEI SEE has extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management within the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance and Site QMR at Haemonetics since June 2022, LEE oversees quality management systems, regulatory audits, and product validations while ensuring compliance with standards such as EN ISO 13485:2016. Previously held key positions at Teleflex Incorporated as Senior Quality Operation Manager, and at B. Braun Group as Quality Assurance Manager. LEE's background includes significant contributions to quality systems at Agilent Technologies and engineering roles at Venture Electronics Service Sdn Bhd, Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd., and LOH GUAN LYE Specialist Hospital, with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from University Putra Malaysia.
