Hazem Raouf

Hazem Raouf has extensive work experience in various roles in the automotive industry. Hazem began their career as an Acting Head of the Engineering Department at Bavaria Egypt, where they were responsible for meeting ISO requirements and conducting equipment maintenance. Hazem then worked as a Technical Construction Equipment Sales & Product Support Engineer at Volvo, Ghabbour, where they sold construction equipment to major accounts and participated in pricing negotiations. Raouf later joined Bandag Egypt as a Plant Manager, where they managed production, logistics, and quality control, and significantly increased productivity and customer base. Hazem then moved on to the Ghabbour Group, starting as a Group Export General Manager and later becoming the Export Director & Managing Director of GB Allab Algeria. In these roles, they were responsible for achieving export targets, managing sales teams, and opening new markets. Raouf also worked as a Commercial Director at Orient Motors, where they successfully increased turnover, profit margin, and brand presence. Their most recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at Hafilat Industry LLC, where they oversaw the manufacturing of a comprehensive range of public transport buses and managed operations.

Hazem Raouf holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University.
