Hanne Baklien

Hanne Baklien has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-sjef and Direktør HR og HMS at Hafslund since May 2013. Prior to this role, Hanne held the position of Senior HR Advisor for Competence and People Development at EVRY ASA from January 2011 to April 2013. Hanne's earlier experience includes roles as HR Director at EDB Business Partner and Siemens, with a focus on competence and career development, as well as HR management. Hanne began the HR career at Accenture, working as a Manager from August 1995 until August 2004. Hanne holds a Master of Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and has completed additional studies in Human Resource Management and Psychology.
