Amy Dickinson

Amy Dickinson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, training, and project management. As the Regional General Manager for Grill'd Healthy Burgers in Bali since 2019, Amy has played a pivotal role in expanding the brand internationally. With a history in training and operations, Amy has developed comprehensive operational procedures, training programs, and new restaurant opening processes. Additionally, Amy has contributed to menu development and marketing initiatives. Since 2017, Amy has also served as an Operations Consultant for Hagar, focusing on enhancing operational practices in Cambodia. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Film, and Television from Curtin University and has extensive experience within the hospitality and international development sectors.
