Stephen Barth

Stephen Barth serves as the General Manager USA and Senior Vice President of Sales at Hagen Group, starting in June 2025. Previously, Stephen held various leadership roles at BARK from August 2023 to May 2025, including Vice President of Global Retail Sales, US Retail Sales, and Category Sales - Consumables. Before that, Stephen spent over 15 years at Blue Buffalo, culminating in the position of Vice President of Sales, where responsibilities included managing significant retail accounts and leading growth strategies for the US Pet Specialty channel. Stephen's career also includes experience at Royal Canin and Monster Energy. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Alabama.
