Richard Barclay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Commercial & Property Director at The Hagen Project since July 2023. Previously, Richard held multiple senior roles at Landmark Group, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Foodmark, where responsibilities encompassed operations, marketing, finance, and business development across the MENA region. Experience also includes directing food and beverage operations at Ascot Racecourse for Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events, and senior leadership positions at SSP Group Plc. and Compass Group, where Richard managed international operations, brand development, and franchise management. Richard holds a CIM Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
