Björn Frenzel

Björn Frenzel has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Björn started their career as a Senior Consultant at b+p Beratung und Personal Partnerschaftsgesellschaft in 2010 and held this position until 2013. Björn then worked as an Associate Partner at b+p Beratung und Personal from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they became a Project Manager at DEININGER CONSULTING in 2015. In 2016, Björn joined Hager Group as an HR Representative and was later promoted to the role of HR Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Head of HR Unternehmensbereiche SDM & BU Energy Management at Hager Group.

Björn Frenzel attended the University of Applied Sciences Saarland from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
