Sheila is a certified Professional Human Resources (HR) leader with more than fifteen years of success delivering organizational value through the development and implementation of innovative, pragmatic, and performance-driven solutions in both nonprofit and for-profit settings. At Hagerty, she is responsible for defining and implementing HR strategies, systems, and initiatives to support the workforce.
Sheila has notable experience in strategic HR planning; performance management; staffing; federal and state law compliance; employment contract negotiations; employee benefits, compensation, and payroll; employee training and development; and management coaching.
Sheila received her bachelor’s degree in Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management from American Intercontinental University.
