Walter Flores leads talent acquisition at Hagerty Consulting. An experienced professional, he has more than 13 years of experience managing recruiting processes at various consulting firms. Uniquely, Walter has a distinct background with areas of focus and expertise including disaster recovery, defense intelligence, and information technology.

In his current role, Walter seeks to identify the right full-time professionals and consultants to support the needs of the projects and clients. He believes that by finding the best candidate for a position, the firm can offer more customizable and diverse solutions for the clients. Additionally, having worked as a managing senior-level recruiter for seven years, he knows the hiring process is more than a formality; instead, he believes it serves as an opportunity to create new relationships with potential team members and project partners. A native to Chicago of Guatemalan descent, Walter is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources from DePaul University.
